Do you help customers select equipment?

Yes. Provide details about your application, pipe size, working distance, service frequency and preferred configuration. Our team can help narrow the available options.

How does heavy equipment ship?

Machinery over normal parcel limits generally ships by LTL commercial truck. Standard freight is usually curbside or dock delivery. Liftgate, residential and limited-access services should be arranged in advance.

Will I receive tracking information?

Tracking or carrier information is provided when available after dispatch. LTL carriers may also contact the recipient to coordinate a delivery appointment.

Is financing available?

Selected commercial equipment may qualify for financing through independent providers, subject to application, approval and provider terms.

Can you ship internationally?

International orders may be coordinated by quotation, commonly through the customer's US freight forwarder. The buyer remains responsible for import compliance, duties and destination charges.

What if the shipment arrives damaged?

Inspect it before signing. Note damage on the carrier receipt, take photographs, retain the packaging and contact us immediately.

Are warranties the same for every product?

No. Coverage depends on the manufacturer, component and product. Review the documentation supplied with the specific machine.

Can I return machinery?

Eligible standard products may be considered within the stated return period, but advance RMA authorization is required. Special-order, used or configured equipment may not be returnable.
