Warranty coverage varies by manufacturer, product family and component. The warranty supplied with the equipment and the manufacturer's published terms are the controlling documents for every claim.

Manufacturer-backed coverage

Most professional equipment includes a limited manufacturer warranty against qualifying defects in materials or workmanship. Engines, pumps, electronics, accessories, cables and wear components may have different coverage periods or separate service procedures.

What is commonly excluded

Limited warranties generally do not cover normal wear, consumables, incorrect installation, improper maintenance, misuse, freezing, corrosion, unauthorized modification, operating beyond rated capacity, accidental damage or transportation damage. Kinked or improperly handled drain cables are commonly excluded.

Requesting assistance

1. Locate your order number, serial number and purchase date.
2. Describe the issue and the operating conditions in which it occurred.
3. Provide clear photographs or video when requested.
4. Do not ship equipment until return or service authorization has been issued.
5. Package authorized returns securely and retain carrier documentation.

Freight and service responsibility

Unless the applicable manufacturer warranty states otherwise, transportation to and from a service facility may be the customer's responsibility. Replacement or repair decisions are made after inspection by the manufacturer or authorized service provider.
